General

Once you are registered with us, you will receive details to log in to the booking portal. To do so, go to our website and click on the Members Sign Up button. Once in the booking portal, you will see detailed information about the accommodation available for you and the prices. Select the desired accommodation and period and continue the booking process and registration of your company details.

Yes you need an account to book. Without registration and approval by Stay2Work, you cannot book accommodation with us. For the time being, it is only possible for companies and self-employed people to register.

Without a confirmation e-mail of your stay, no booking has been approved through us. If you think you have made a reservation but have still not received anything, please contact our support department on 085 - 4010 269 or e-mail us at support@stay2work.com during office hours from Monday to Friday.

Payments

Voor de annuleringsvoorwaarden verwijzen wij naar onze algemene voorwaarden en de accommodatie specifieke afspraken in de reserveringsbevestiging. Deze verschillen per accommodatie. In de regel kun je tot 7 dagen voor Check-in een verzoek indienen bij onze support afdeling. Neem daarom op tijd contact op met onze support afdeling om je vraag voor te leggen en de mogelijkheden te bespreken. 

Payment on the Stay2Work plaform is completely secure and handled through our partner Mollie. We offer various payment options, depending on the accommodation selected. Additional services can be booked in the guest environment and paid for directly via Mollie's online payment environment. Always secure and user-friendly.
